I've certainly never seen anything like that before. It would be helpful if you can go to Settings->Backup and Restore->Export Settings, generate a .mcf file, go to the Setlists tab, long press your setlist, tap Share->Export songs and files, and then share both the .mcf and .msf file with mike@zubersoft.com. I can take a look at it.
