You can already do this using the "Add Placeholder" option:
While creating/editing a set list, just press the 3 dot menu item, and select Add Placeholder.

The only possible downside I've seen is that this creates a PDF.  I've sometimes used this to put content specific to a gig/set in the setlist.

This is a cool workaround, thanks! I think I'll do the same for now. But it's still be cool if they could add that feature, rather than doing a workaround.
