Hi Mike

Delete doesn't work if one selects a rectangular area (using arrow) that encloses the nudge tool (arrows, 1x).
I expected it to delete everything in the selected area (apart from the nudge tool which is "on top" of the song)

I'm not sure what you mean - I dragged the nudge window on top of three separate annotations, then used the selection tool to draw a box around all three, then pressed delete and all three were deleted. Perhaps I don't understand the process correctly...

Sounds like you are doing what I was doing

I've just tried another experiment and that worked ! (possibly not the same song)
I'll try and isolate it if it happens again (although this is first time I've tried it since I joined the forum!)
