I do have a iPad Pro 6. Generation and a MEKO stylus pencil. the pen can activate songs but I can’t make any notes or marking on the songsheet because I can’t open the editing menue. I know from other mobile sheet users with samsung hardware that they just bring the pen near the surface and the editing menu opens with that green dot.

Use a three finger tap or tap the brush icon at the top left corner of the song overlay to start annotating. Hovering should work with the Apple Pencil on newer iPads, but it most likely won't work with a MEKO pencil.

But I can scroll pages with the MEKO pencil.
