I couldn't find in the manual where I can rebind keyboard or mouse buttons to different commands, how do I do this? Using the arrow keys to change pages is a bit cumbersome, esp when I mainly want to use spacebar to just go to the next page.

You can do this under Settings->Touch & Pedal Settings->Pedal Actions. Just tap the keys field for pedal 1, tap clear, tap the spacebar, and then tap OK. You can then change the action dropdown to trigger whatever action you would like when the spacebar is pressed. You can do this for any key, but there are currently only 6 pedal actions supported. I will add a separate keybindings screen for Windows and MacOS users at some point.
