Hello,
Is there a way to automatically load the next Setlist (at the end of the current Setlist's song) when the previous Setlist ends?
Thank you!

At the moment, no, there is no support for doing that.

But if you know in advance what the different setlist are then you could join them together in a temporary setlist
e.g on setlists screen, long press the first setlist until a check mark appears. Then select each of other required setlist in the desired order
Use the overflow menu (3 dots) and "Create setlist from pieces" - give it a temporary name and delete this temporary setlist before using the name again for the next performance.
Alternatively call the setlist something like " Gig/venue yyyy-mm-dd" e.g. "Local Pub 2024-08-11".
You can then use this set list for reference when playing further gigs at the same venue e.g. to avoid the same songs.
Using this naming convention means that all old set lists are sorted first by venue and then by date.
Note the leading space (or spaces) at the start of the name; this keeps the name near the top of the setlist (after the gig, rename the set list to put it in the correct place among the rest of the set lists).
Obviously, this all assumes that you know the order of the setlists and is not much use in "reading the room" to decide what to play next. Then again, your initial post indicated that you did know the next setlist in advance.

Geoff, thanks for the workaround but this requires to know many things in advance as you highlighted.
I hope that the automatic Setlist loading won't be that difficult to add as option in the Settings...
Cheers!
