Hi my old Surface pro 5 is at the end of its life.
I love the Surface Microsoft Surface for reading music.
Its latest edition comes with Qualcomm Dragon X ARM processor 
Not all programs and apps are compatible.
Does mobile sheet work with those newer specs ?
If yes it is stable enough ?
If not yet is it in the plans  ?

Short answer: Yes, it's compatible and will work with MobileSheets through x64 emulation at the moment. As mentioned in that post, I'm trying to support an ARM64 build with the next update so that the application will run smoother, but it will come at the cost of a few features.

Would Scrolling be affected ?

Yes, the scrolling should be significantly improved with the ARM64 version. The scrolling features will be identical though.
