Hi,

When I remove a song from a setlist using the setlist windows (as described on page 74 / 75 in the manual), the save button in that dialog is not enabled.
If you close the dialog (without pressing save since it wasn't enabled), the sheet is removed from the setlist your looking at, but if you 'close' that setlist and reopen it, the removed song is back.

I'll investigate this and get a fix in place for 3.9.0 if I'm able to reproduce it.
