Hello all! 

I use MobileSheets on a Xiaomi Pad 6 with their precision pen 2 (which has 2 buttons) and had always wondered why I couldn't use the buttons to toggle between annotation tools but they always worked as page turners. Today I had an eureka moment that the pen (which connects to the tablet via Bluetooth) was being registered as a pedal, and my hunch was correct. Therefore, I wanted to ask if it's possible or anyone knows how to somehow disable pedals and then maybe have the pen register as a pen instead, since as a singer I'm never too far to justify the remote page control and would much rather have the quick annotation switch.

From the small amount of research I've done, you can't have the precision pen 2 stylus buttons act like a normal stylus button. In order to better support that, what I'll have to do is add a new pedal action to trigger the stylus button setting in the annotations editor. This would let you switch to the eraser, and then back to the previous tool, for example. Handling this way, I don't have to make any large changes to the pedal actions or annotations UI. Eventually I plan on adding a generic key bindings screen and I'll want to support more actions with that. That might be the point at which you could bind an action to the second button.
