Planning Center is sort of the Cadillac of church management software, and they have a fairly robust music planning module. What they don't have is a solid multi-platform reader app -- it's limited to iOS and Android, and nowhere near as feature-rich as MS. Have you looked into what it would take to pull song data from their system? I've asked them about their API, and will pass along whatever I find out.

I'll just need to know whether there are any costs/licensing fees required with their API, as I couldn't find any immediate information on that.

I pinged them about it, and have been putzing around in their service planning system. It's really geared around PDFs. You can upload PDFs and ChordPro files and attach them to a song entry...but it won't display the ChordPro. You can paste ChordPro code into a "lyrics & chords" editor, though it doesn't fully support ChordPro tags, and that gives you a transposable chord chart in their web viewer. Try to download that chart, though, and you get a PDF instead of ChordPro.
I've also used Church Community Builder, and their setup is very similar to this. I was thinking Planning Center had a more robust interface, but that doesn't appear to be the case.
So...I think it's still probably easier to just export a MobileSheets setlist and attach the msf file to a service, rather than trying to figure out how to put lipstick on that pig.
