Is there a way to edit the annotations toolbar? There are several buttons I don't use and a few others Id like to have faster access to. For example, I would like to remove the "Write Annotations to file button" and add a "#" and a "b" button. If not, I believe this would be a valuable addition.

At the moment, no, as it's not designed to be configurable. I think you may want to use the favorites window, as it's designed specifically to provide quick access to configured tools. Just tap the star icon, then add the # and b stamps as favorites and you can tap those icons to enter those symbols when needed.

All you favourites are also in the command bar. I recomend to use this. you can reorder all the Tools you need for your needs.
