Hi to the members using this function in Beta state.

Has anybody made experiences with the new gestures function.
Tried on a Samsung Pad with unreliable results.
Are there improvements coming. 
At the actual status the function can not really be used.
I will be grateful for all comments!

There are so many factors that can change how reliably the facial gestures work for you:

1) The position of the camera relative to your face (this is really difficult with the S8 or S9 Ultra, for example), and the angle of your face relative to the camera
2) The lighting of the room
3) Whether you wear glasses if using winking gestures
4) Your distance from the camera
5) The quality of the camera on the device

With a high-quality tablet like a Samsung S9+, and a device with a camera positioned at the top while using the tablet in portrait, the feature is incredibly reliable for me. I can trigger any of the gestures with ease and it detects it correctly each time. With a camera on the side like the S8/S9 Ultra, it only works if I turn my face to face the camera, which is awkward and hard to use, unless the device is not positioned straight ahead (it has to be offset to one side to work well).

To put it bluntly, you can't overcome hardware issues or environment issues with software alone.
