I just bought the Lenovo P12 tablet, but was disappointed. When I view sheet music on it, the bottom 15% of the screen remains empty. I'd love to find a table with the right aspect ratio for 8-1/2 x 11 inch sheet music!

There aren't too many Android tablets that have a 4:3 aspect ratio. The BOOX e-ink tablets are some of the few Android-based tablets that use that aspect ratio. The Samsung S8+/S9+ have a 16:10 aspect ratio, which isn't too far off from 4:3. Hopefully other users will chime in with their thoughts.

Oneplus Pad Pro has a 7:5 ratio which is not too far off either ...

A little off-topic but in an attempt to be helpful can I suggest that you also look at the screen resolution. I have an iPad and this year bought a really cheap Android tablet. The low resotion (600 pixels wide) is so low that my songs are far more difficult to read than on my iPad. So, nothing about the screen aspect ratio you are asking about but one more thing to bear in mind to help you choose the best tablet that will work for you.
