I am adding chord symbols to sheet music but can't find a diminished symbol, or a triangle for Maj7 chords on the Mobilesheets keyborard. Is there a way to add such symbols to the keyboard, without having to draw them in manually?

Look at stamps > standard > page 5, you will find both symbols there.

If you tap the stamp tool twice, you can pick from any of the included stamps in MobileSheets. If none of those will suffice, you can switch to the User category, tap the + icon and add your own image. Lastly, you can just enter text using the text tool if that is sufficient.
