Mike, I found I can repeat a visual glitch on my iPad but on my Android devices this glitch does not occur.
Step 1: click on Setlists
Step 2: Click on EDIT
Step 3: Click on Collections - which is where the glitch happens, overlaying CANCEL and NEW COLLECTION
Step 4: Click on Setlists and then click on Collections - to see that the glitch has now gone.
