The German translation of "SOURCE_TYPES" is not consistent. 
The tab that shows the list of SOURCE_TYPES is named "Typen" whereas in Library Settings - Song Title Formatting (Bibliotheks-Einstellungen - Formatierung der Songtitel) and Generate Song List Format (Song-Listen-Format) you have to select "Quellen" to get SOURCE_TYPES shown.
Because the tab is more evident in the UI I propose to change the wording in xx from "Quellen" to "Typen"

A question to German users reading this thread: any proposals for a better translation of "SOURCE_TYPES" ?
It has become a VERY important database field in my MobileSheets workflow, but I'm still not sure about the best and clearest German translation for its name.

Additionally I think now, when I translated the texts for the German UI, I used too many hyphens. So e.g. "Song-Listen-Format" should better be "Songlisten-Format" or even "Songlistenformat". Opinions?

Btw.: this was caused by an inconsistency that exists already in the English version: the tab is named "Source Types", in the Library Settings I find "Sources"

Hm, difficult.

Again one of the cases where you can't translate a short English word with an equally short and descriptive word in German.

Maybe "Quellenart"?

Or we stay away completely from Quelle/Source and take "Typus". (Why "source" anyway? The type really doesn't change from source to the destination, or does it? I'm really using this category to describe the type of sheet in MS and not of the source like chpro, ABC, PVG, lyrics and so on)

In my case I display source type all the time in the caption to differentiate several versions of the same song that often have the same title. I ignore the default source types that come with MobileSheets and defined my own. Some show the file format of the current file like PRO, JPG, PNG or the file format from which the PDF has been exported like MUS, ABC or MSCZ. Some are abbreviations that tell something like "layout" e.g. LS for leadsheets or No(pi) for piano scores. Some tell the language of the lyrics like Tx-de or Tx-en. Not completely consistent but it works fine for me.

To make a long story short: I think "Typen" is not too bad. The keyword SOURCE_TYPES should stay untouched. But I recommend to make also the English UI consistent: keep "Source Types" as tab title and rename the buttons in both format dialogs from "Sources" to "Source Types".

I'll take a look at it, but I believe the reason I chose "Sources" on that dialog was because "Source Types" was too long and got cut off because the button size is fixed to ensure the buttons all line up nicely. I can consider making the button sizes larger I suppose, but that causes a problem on phones as the layout won't fit with larger buttons. I guess I could always go with an abbrevation such as "Src Types". The filter section on the library screen also uses "Source" for the same reason. So maybe it would just be better to use "Sources" everywhere instead of "Source Types".

This also looks to only be an issue on Windows. On Android, I use "Typen" already.
