Destination folder for tracks error using companion
#1
Hi,
I noticed new behaviour;  the tracks I've added to pieces from companion seem to end up in the top level directory.
So:
a song is in /emulated/0/music/mobilesheets/songname/
I connect and find "songname" in companion, add from PC etc.
When I look in the song on the App, the track is in /emulated/0/music/
consequentually, is not backed-up to cloud etc.
If I go into the song in the app, add the track from /emulated/0/music/, OK and then check, the track is correctly copied to /emulated/0/music/mobilesheets/songname/

From Settings/Storage I have selected: "Create Subdirectories for Pieces" "let mobilesheets manage my files" "cøpy Audio Files"
Companion on windows 10,
App on Android (up to date)

I only just noticed the other day, but I suspect it's new since the big update to companion.

I'll look into this to see if I can reproduce it. If I can reproduce it, a fix will be included with the following companion app update (4.1.4).

I've tried 4.1.4 and the destination is still the parent folder, which is fine, but it's not copied to the <songname> folder?

is it just me? some bad setting? becuse if i import a track locally it does get copied to the <songtitle> folder.

Yeah I wasn't able to look into this issue yet (4.1.4 just fixed a missing file in the installer which you can see in the release notes). So I'll be investigating it soon, as I have other changes I want to make in the companion app.
