I've started using Android's split screen feature to show a keyboard on the bottom of the screen while reading music in MS. But if I do this while viewing a score in MS, the page turns blank grey with a loading icon. I can still tap to go bring up the navigation bar and go back to my library, then load a sheet.

The process to see this:
- View a score in MS
- Tap the Recent Apps button
- Long-press on the keyboard app (which was previously opened)
- Drag it to the bottom of the screen to split the screen
- The MS app turns grey
- Tap the MS screen to bring up the menu
- Tap the MS back button to go back to the library
- Open the score again

I'm not sure if MS is intended to be used in split screen, but it is nice to be able to use it with a keyboard.

I attached an image of the grey screen. I have a screen recording too, but can't seem to attach it.

I can't seem to reproduce this. Which piano app are you using? If I open a piano app with MobileSheets in split screen mode, all my scores load and render properly.

I'm using Mini Piano Pro. But I just tested with a few other random apps (Firefox and a file browser), and they do the same thing. 

From your description ("all my scores load and render properly"), maybe you're doing something different? 


For me, they load correctly if I open them when already in split screen. But if I'm viewing a score in full screen then switch to split screen, the score goes blank.

I load a score, activate split screen, it re-renders and looks fine. So I'm going to have to test this on multiple devices to see if there is something I'm missing. Is this just with PDFs? Or are you using other file types?

It's only PDFs I'm using. 

I'm using a Galaxy Tab S8+.

I can make a screen recording showing some actions that cause the problem, but I can't seem to attach it in these forums. If you'd like me to send it to you, let me know.
