MacOS Zoom
#1
While ctrl/opt/shift and drag does now zoom, the value is not saved with the score.  It reverts back to its earlier zoom once you navigate away and revisit it.

Additionally, if you zoom in, you can no longer navigate between scores (far left, far right clicks do nothing; center click still works to bring up tools).   But if I zoom OUT (so the score is very small on the screen), you can still navigate.

But in both cases, the zoom level is not saved.

I'm not seeing that behavior with the single page or vertical scrolling display modes (which are the only modes that support saving the zoom level). Please open your score, tap the center of the screen to bring up the overlay, tap the second icon at the bottom left, then "Zoom/Pan Settings" and see if "Reset pan and zoom on load" is enabled.

If you are using the half page display or two page display mode, what you have described is the correct behavior. You cannot turn pages while zoomed in and you must zoom back out. The zoom level is not saved with those display modes, as it's meant to be a temporary action. For a permanent zoom, you should be cropping instead.

"Reset pan/zoom on load" *was* checked -- thank you.   I do not recall ever setting that option on the Mac.   Further, it is "off" on my primary iPad and I have restored with settings several times.   I must have accidentally clicked this at some point not even realizing.  Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
