Editor : Insret variable
#1

Hi,

Could it be possible to insert a "variable" via MobileSheet Editor ?

Tempo can be a very important think, it can be set using "Metronome", great.
Unfortunatly, the tempo is not lisible, only in the setlist, you have to open Metronom to see it.

Placing a "Variable" coul offer a solution ?

Another cool solution could be to have possibility to name %TEMPO% a "Clever buton" ? with action "Open Metronom" ? That's option is for me the most logical, it display the at the moment tempo and offer to modify directly...

Best regards

Another variable could be very usefull on Editor, to be displayed on screen : %KEY%

Idea

Whe use a template for chords blocs, so it coult be verry nice to have a kind of "Mask" displaying a common layer for all sheets, containing variables like %TEMPO% - %KEY% - etc...

Jazzy Boomers - is Swiss1000 also your account? It's under the same exact IP address all the time, so I'm just curious.

There is no problem - I was just curious as you have several different posts with requests for changes, and it's often just your account and Swiss1000 responding to your requests (and sometimes Danielle). This makes it difficult for me to gauge the general interest in your requests and whether they will be of value to other users outside your group. This is a problem I have with any requests I receive too, not just from your group. Only a small subset of the user base uses the forum, so my perception of what users want and need can be skewed by the minority of users that are actively contacting me and requesting things. I'm not gathering analytics in any way or putting out surveys, so I don't have a lot of data I can use.

I always appreciate your feedback of course.
