I disagree. You have already selected a setlist - you know what you are exporting. I don't need to say "Export setlist along with all of the song data and files used by those songs" because that is long and verbose. That's what Share->Export songs and files indicates, that you are exporting a .msf file containing all of the songs and the files used by those songs. By contrast, Share->Export song list is just a list of the song titles in a .mss file. If you would prefer

Share->Export .mss
Share->Export .msf
Share->Export Files

I could do that, but users who haven't read the manual and don't know what those file extensions mean are going to be completely lost. Also, to be clear, if you select a setlist, you can't export something other than the setlist you already selected, so there is no need for me to say "Export Setlist" - you know what you are exporting.

OK you desagree but in French, a set list is a "LIST OF SONGS" and HIS FILES

So everything is confusig in french...
I don't know in english.

One of yours menus is : Export a list of songs (literally not a setlist)
Anoter is Export a list of song (literally) and his attached files (whitch is a setlist) ( a setlist is a SET + a LIST)

You should make difference betwin "Setlist" and "List of songs" to clarify...

So, export setlist(s) and his files is clear, but it is a pleonasm, a setlist do not exist without fils or link to reache the file (see Spotify)...

In addition : you speak about "Setlist" sometime and "Morceaux" other times, but in YOUR definition is is the same...
If, for you, a Setlist is onli a "List Of Songs In Order To Play" so, write Setlist AND files, notr "Morceaux and files"...

There are two goals for the wording here:

1) Explain to users in a few short words that if they export songs and files, that it's going to output a file containing all of the song metadata, links, bookmarks, annotations, etc, everything that is the database, plus the files used by those songs. 
2) Explain to users in a few short words that they can export a "song list" which is just the list of titles in a .mss file which can be used to reconstruct a setlist but without any of the metadata or files (the songs have to already exist in the library of the device importing the .mss file)

There is also the "Export files" option which just exports the files used by the songs without any of their metadata, link points, smart buttons, etc.

So please tell me how you would differentiate these things in a menu with only a few words in French. Selecting a setlist, and then selecting "Export Setlist" doesn't tell me what kind of information is contained in the file that is generated. The user needs to know what they are exporting from the setlist, as there are three different forms as I explained above. "Export Setlist and Files" doesn't really explain that either, as what would I then put for exporting the setlist as list of song titles? "Export song titles from setlist" I suppose is one option, but that's starting to get verbose and will be quite long in some languages like German.

Also, I have never said a setlist is the same thing is a song. Never, not once. A setlist is a container for a list of ordered songs. That much is true. When you export, the menu is telling you what you are exporting from that setlist.

If users just prefer I say "Export as .mss", "Export as .msf", "Export Files", then I'm fine doing that. It will be up to users to understand what that means then by consulting the manual. I just don't think that's necessarily the best approach, but I'm also not sure how to convey all of the information in an extremely concise way.
