Is it possible to backup the database only from within the program?

Since I decided to manage my sheets and folders myself and not by MS and all my sheets are already mirrored on another device and my PC, I don't really need to copy them with the backup feature.

(I tried a normal backup and I stopped it since it started to copy all the sheets and it would have taken too much time)

If not, would it be sufficient to copy the data files in the com.zubersoft-mobilesheetspro/files dir as backup and restore them by copying them back (with unchanged folders and sheets structure and content on the SD card of course)?

If you turn on the "Expose Database" option in the storage settings, this will copy the database file out to whatever storage location you are using. You can then copy that .db file anywhere you want.
