A colleague has just bought a tablet, installed MSPro and added some files: I want to give him a copy of the material in my MS library.  If I just use 'restore library' to copy my (.msb files) backup into his tablet, it will presumably lose his own stuff.  I could batch import the PDF versions of all my files, but that wouldn't include settings, categories, etc.  Is there any way I can share my library without deleting his aditional files?

Check out the manual [page 25] on msf files. I have not tried this yet, but I certainly will in the future.
