Has anybody had problems downloading MS for Win 10 to a second device.?

I use it on 3 devices with Win10 and 1 with Win10Mobile without any problem.
Tablet: Surface Pro 8,
Other: Strich BT-FP2, USB-MIDI connection to Kurzweil Forte 7
