When I use Collections as a filter and I exclude a certain Collection, after closing MSPro and reopening it, only my -excluded- collection is shown.

Sounds like a bug with properly setting the inclusion/exclusion flag. Thanks for letting me know. I'll wait for a few days to gather any other reported bugs and then release a minor update.
