Depending if I am in Single or Dual page view, any annotations entered in that mode are +/- 2 points size different if I change View mode again... 
Since I use Single page view to enter annotations (to avoid zooming every time) before going back to double page for normal reading, this is very time consuming!
Maybe a setting to allow full page widht when in Edit mode (going back to whatever mode when saving or cancelling?)

I definitely understand your frustration with that. The long awaited annotations rework is going to change it so that a separate editor isn't required. That will make it much faster for you to annotate (and you won't have to leave the two page display mode), and you won't see the size difference due to that.
