I recently swapped from a 10.1 inch android tablet to a 12 inch Surface Pro for the extra screen, and I'm loving MobileSheets for Windows 10.
I looked everywhere for an option to use "Highlighter renders behind objects on page" like is available on the Android version because it looks so much better than the current highlighter, but I can't find it.
Is this not implemented in the Windows 10 version yet or am I simply missing it?

It's not implemented yet in the Windows 10 version because the default rendering framework doesn't provide any way to blend pixels in the necessary way. I'm switching to Direct2D as part of the annotations rework, so that will open up the ability to perform the necessary pixel blending to support drawing highlights behind the page content.
