Hi Krien,

Perhaps this new (upcoming) feature can help you with your problem: http://zubersoft.com/mobilesheets/forum/....php?tid=3
Quote:Arbitrary Page Ordering Released Planned:
Allow pages to be ordered any way desired, and provides the option to duplicate pages. For example, in a 10 page pdf, you could set it up to use page 3, 4, 5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. This would completely eliminate the need for link points, and makes it easy to use portions of large documents.

The batch import just goes alphabetically through your files, and creates the songs based on what it encounters. Go through your files with a file browser and verify they are in the exact order you want before the batch import. Sometimes this means labeling each page with a number at the end, i.e. SongName1, SongName2, SongName3, etc.

I used a backup of my library, exported the songs and them imported them into the new version.

When I imported the whole list of songs (I think it was about 120 at the time) it added numbers to the start of the titles, even though there were no numbers in the files on my computer. However, I don't know what order the numbers were in, because it wasn't alphabetical.

So I had to go through the whole list and rename "30 Cry Mea River" to just "Cry Me a River". At the same time, it appears that the import looks for CamelCasing to separate words, but often 'and' the' 'of' etc are lower case, so in the example above "Cry Mea River" is not quite right, although I don't know how you would want to go about fixing that!

Chris

After the batch import, I also had duplicate songs (starting from a blank app), and on deleting the duplicates I was getting null pointer exceptions appearing on the app, although it wasn't causing any problems, and the duplicates were being deleted successfully. I believe you've already fixed the problem where the items in the list weren't disappearing until you refreshed the list.

I'll have to add some options to ignore numbers at the beginning of filenames when determining song titles. Some people might add their own numbers to files though, so I definitely have to be careful with this and make it completely optional. As for the Camel-Casing, you are absolutely correct. I'm using a pretty basic algorithm that I came up with at the moment, but I really should enhance it to be a little smarter. Without resorting to using a dictionary to validate words, it's going to be a challenge for sure.

As for the duplicate songs, I will definitely have to look into that. Thanks for letting me know.
