At the moment, that is not supported, but I’m going to look into supporting that in a future update.

I use a workaround for resizing snippets: 
- save the snippets as picture
- add this picture to stamps/user-defined

- (resize it in the stamp-window)
- insert the "user-defined picture-stamp" at your sheet
- (or resize it now)
