Dear all,

I want to sync MS with a google drive folder as a "guest". The "owner" sent me just a link for his shared google drive folder.
MS ask me for "change the google account". I have no email/phone.nr and password for the shared google drive, of course.

Is there any possibility within MS?

A workaround would be downloading the files in a regular folder on the pc, then sync.
Maybe there is a short cut......

Hello,

You would need to log into your own Google Drive account, add the shared folder to your account, and then you can access it through MobileSheets. I just tested this between two accounts:

1) I created a folder under one account and got a link to the folder
2) While logged into the other Google Drive account, I visited the shared link. It opened the folder and displayed the files inside it.
3) I clicked the arrow at the top and clicked "Add to Starred".
4) I can now access that folder through the Starred folder. In MobileSheets, you should see the folder if you open the Starred folder

Similarly, with version 3.6.8 of MobileSheets, you can create a Google Drive shortcut to the file and then use that shortcut to access the folder.
