Wie kann ich in MSP die Midi Einstellungen für den - Eingangsport -und den – Ausgangsport- abspeichern oder so einfrieren, das bei einem Neustart von MSP die eingestellten Werte erhalten bleiben ?

I'm not sure what you mean - if you select input/output ports under Settings->MIDI Settings->Configure MIDI Connections, MobileSheets does save that information and will automatically reconnect to those ports if you restart the application.
