About library backup I have a question :
My question came after some confusing translations en French.
Now we have multi-library, which help à lot for people having more than one group. I just discovered and split my "Default librairy" into multiple individual library.
The menu in Parameter say "Library backup". I understand that Mobile sheet backup only the "Active" library, nothing helse.
Is it true, or the backup include all file ?
Same question about "Restore Database" : whitch database ? The librairy or the Directory containing all datas ?
Other question after test :
Multiple Libraries: Backup-Restore Dangers.
I tested this with two Libraries: One called "BowlingBlues" and another called "Test-Blues."
If I restore a backup without the settings, it overwrites the existing (active) librairy, even if it doesn't have the same name.
If I checked "Restore Settings," the restore is performed on the correct library, even if I'm using a different active library.
So, you'll need to be careful and have the name of the destination library clearly displayed.
