Backups only contain songs and files from the active library - not any of the others. I plan to add an option at some point to include other libraries as well (which means the restore will have to let the user pick which libraries to restore). The restore will restore into whatever the active library is. It's generally not recommended to restore settings when restoring backups if using multiple libraries, to ensure there is no impact to the active library after restoring. To be clear - a backup file is not tied to any specific library, but if settings are included it will contain the settings file that indicates what the active library is. When restoring a backup, it will restore into whatever the active library is, but if you restore settings, it may overwrite what the active library is.
