The midi translations in French are bizarre...
For " Selection du corectif" you could use "Sélectionner un son dans une banque" eventually
But I suggest you, for MIDI and general computer vocabulary, or for programs, to use native English words

I would love to hear from more French users, but if it would be better to switch to just using the standard English MIDI terms (System Exclusive, Control Change, Program Change, etc), I'm fine with that.

It seems no one are interesting on ? Will you finally use the english words, like in any computer programs-languages translation ?
