Only at certain PDF files MobileSheets app crashes, and at certain pages.
It also seems to happen at larger files.
For example take these files:

I like this music so much, but just can't play it with MobileSheets.

The first one of these (Band 1) will crash MobileSheets around page 20.
The second won't even open at all.

My tablet is a Galaxy Tab S9 FE+, quite new, so don't think this could be the problem.

Crash-reporting is on within MobileSheets.

The problem also occurs when using the IMSLP app, so I guess it has to do something with the PDF renderer that MobileSheets is using.

When I open the same PDF file in "Google Drive PDF Viewer" it gives no problem.

So I think my most important question will be:

What PDF renderer does MobileSheets use?
Is it embedded within the MobileSheets app, or does MobileSheets make use of the renderer which is already available within the Samsung tablet?
Can I install a different PDF renderer that MobileSheets will be able to use?

Can somebody share his/her thoughts on this issue?

Just acquired a Samsung S10 ultra for sole purpose of digitizing sheet music.  While I am aware much can be acquired through ISMLB, much of what I have
will need to be scanned.  Question: is there a thoughtful way to begin the process rather than randomly scanning willy nilly.  Is there any way to even estimate the time it may take?
There is a lot of music but it is all only for my personal enjoyment, never performance.  I thought, perhaps, loading my favorites and ones that I easily play first, and then the ones 
that need some practice and beyond that, new things to learn.   I am 85 so consider I may not even be around much longer I want the most for the fastest so I can play and not spend
time processing.  Thanks for any tips.

Hello, I am having problems connecting my tablet (Samsung/Android) to my PC (Windows 10) trhough Companion. As didn't worked initially, I tried to manually WIFI connect matching IP on both devices. Didn't worked either. Then I make sure to follow all the steps I read on this forum and still don't get the connection. I rebooted the router, checked that my firewall is not blocking Companion and make suere I have free ports such as 888, 16568 and 16569 and still don't get to connect.

Any suggestion or advise will be appreciated!

I have an e-reader tablet (Onyx Boox 2) with a 'paper'-style screen for use in outdoor situations when the sun makes an ordinary tablet impossible to read.  MobileSheets has a version that works on it, but it is extremely slow to respond to instructions - such as change page, find listed items, and so forth. Maybe tablets made for reading books don't need to operate as quickly as other devices, but it a gig situation it's a real frustration.  Has anyone found an e-reader tablet that works as speedily and efficiently as a conventional one? Any recommendations?

I'm not sure if it is a bug or something I'm doing wrong, but more often than not I'm having trouble turning to the next page. I think it is especially when using a file with multiple pages. It takes me by surprise, and I'm not quite precise, sorry. But as a concert is soon, I'm posting the question anyway. 

Sometimes we get a file with music for all instruments in the orchestra. I set the page order to only the pages I need. 
 tap on the screen (I set the right down corner as page turner as well)
Then, the page moves a bit but doesn't go to the next one. I can use the slide, but that often takes too much time while playing. 

I already read that I cannot cut out the pages I don't need.  Now I'm going to change them for files I prepare on forehand with only the pages I need. But I wonder if there is something else I can do?

I'm using the e-ink version of MobileSheets on a Boox TabX (android 11). 
Since a few days, every time I start MobileSheets I get a warning about an available update to 3.9.17.
Doing an update doesn't make the alert go away.

Is this a case of "the update is only for non-e-ink devices and can be ignored" or rather a "Oops I forgot to upload a new e-ink version" or something else?

I have successfully imported pdf files from Google Drive for years. Recently, I get the following error:
java.lang.illegalArgumentException:Negativetime

I am the owner of the Google Drive. I have no idea what this message means or how to fix it.

Is it possible (or might it be possible) to set orientation on a per-song basis? i.e. when that song is loaded the display will switch to the set orientation. This would be useful on tablets that don't have an orientation sensor such as the Boox Lumi.

I find the song title captioning feature to be very useful. I am asking if an entry within a field (eg. the Artist field) can be removed (deleted) from the list or its text edited?   This would allow fixing spelling mistakes or regrouping data by consolidating some entries under a new designation (eg. "Beatles" to include +Harrison+Lennon+McCartney) . I know I could add a new entry with the correct spelling and batch edit, but the old/misspelled and redundant entries would still remain on the list.
