I'd like to select my songs for genres.
Therefore I add the new genre guitar to the genres available.
Next I select a song and add that genre to it - so far everything works fine.
Next step is generating a new collection (let's say name Guitar Songs), which lists songs only that are tagged with the genre guitar.
So far, this works fine.
Now I enter the Save key, and the collection lost the genre filter setting.
I couldn't find a way to handle this.
Neither in Windows 11 nor in Android 13.
I think, there's an implementation bug.
Hello, like described in the header, my metronome accents audio sign and visual sign differently; in the visualisation there is always an accent on the second (audio) beat (regardless, what time signature is given). What can I do do synchronize both of them?
Thanks 4 answering!
Hi. Any MobilesheetsPro + Ableton Live 11 Users?????
I have a question for you.
I use mobile sheets to manage my band's chord sheets and lyrics. Additionally, I use the metronome in MSpro as an input source for our in-ear monitors.
I use Ableton Live 11 for my multitrack, loops, sample, and some VST arpeggios playback so, I want to sync Ableton's internal metronome with MSpro's Metronome via Metronome signal MIDI out From Andoird tablet's USB port( MSpro installed on this) to Ableton's Ext (External Sync Switch)input.
Ableton recognized the tab as a midi input device, but I couldn't find a way to route the midi signal to the Ext input. Can someone help me to resolve this problem?
[Some other 3rd part apps have Ableton link function (link via wifi) and I saw that the code is now open source. Can we add that option to the MSpro app? ]
While working through my library adding {soc}, {eoc} and other structure tags, I stumble upon this issue
In the chorus of the Carpenters' "Yesterday once more" in B-flat, it seems that after an on-screen line wrap occurs, the following line is not (always) printed.
Chorus with the issue (see attached screenshots):
Code:
{soc}
[Eb/F]Eve[F]ry [Bb]sha-la-la-la, every [Gm]wo-o-wo-o, still shines [Bb][Gm]
Every [Bb]shing-a-ling-a-ling, that they're [Gm]startin' to sing so [Cm7sus4]fine [F]
{eoc}
song line 1
{chorus}
Chorus without the issue (note the missing final Gm-chord in the first line):
Code:
{soc}
[Eb/F]Eve[F]ry [Bb]sha-la-la-la, every [Gm]wo-o-wo-o, still shines [Bb]
Every [Bb]shing-a-ling-a-ling, that they're [Gm]startin' to sing so [Cm7sus4]fine [F]
{eoc}
song line 1
{chorus}
I have tried to pinpoint the issue and make a simple, clean proof-of-concept. But it only occurs when using these specific lines of chords and lyrics. Perhaps it's related to my personal display settings.
I've attached two screenshots showing the first chorus, where it is defined, having two chords at the end of the first line.
The second screenshot shows page 2 where the {chorus} repeat should print all lines, but only the first one is.
If necessary, I can provide more information. Thanks!

I like to use my Android phone in Landscape mode. When setting the Face Gesture settings the list of configurable options is not displayed any more (in portrait mode all is visible) . Is the somewhere a shortcut to switch from Landscape to Portrait - ideally the internal sensor should autorotate - currently this function is rather hidden in the settings options.
Thanks for reply resp. consideration.
Is there a way to schedule a mobilesheets backup "if there was a change"?
Usecase: I make all my annotations on my primary tablet, but I take at least another tablet with me whenever I have to rely on mobilesheets. Syncing within mobilesheets between multiple devices doesn't fit really here, so I rely on full backups synced between my devices.
Currently I have to remember creating the backup regularly. The backup file then gets automatically synced to my backup tablets, and in case of an problem with my primary tablet I just switch to one of the backup tablets, restore the latest synced backup and am good to continue...
I really would like to somehow have an automatic backup made e.g. at 3am in the morning after I made a change the day before.
I imported two new pdf's yesterday. One of them was a completely new piece, the other was a new pdf which was swapped into an old piece. I imported them to one library on one device, then exported them as an msf to a local folder, then imported the msf to the other 3 libraries on the same device. After each library had been updated I synced it to its online library. I then synced all the libraries on 3 other devices to the online libraries. I had updated all the devices to the latest firmware before I started (3.8.31 from FastSpring).
The completely new piece was fine - the file on the devices that were updated from the online library were the same as on the device I originally imported them to. With the piece that had a swapped pdf some of the attributes were stripped by the time the file got to the other 3 devices - the Artist, Album, and Setlist attributes had disappeared. All the attributes carried over to the other libraries on the same device I initially imported them to, but not to any of the libraries on the 3 devices that took the file from the online libraries.
Actually, my bad, I just checked the piece I imported from scratch yesterday which I thought had come through fine and one of the attributes is missing from the devices that were synced to the online libraries. The Setlist attributes aren't there but all the others (Title, Collection, Artist, Genre, Album, and Instrument) are. The Setlist attributes are present on all libraries on the device that I initially imported the pdf to.
All devices are Boox Max 3. I checked my sync settings and 'sync groups' is selected on all devices. I've never noticed attributes getting dropped in any previous syncs. Any idea why that's happening?
